I don't know if Michelle Gibbs is still working with you - I'd like to pass on my thanks to her for the beautiful wedding she officiated at nearly 10 years ago.
My husband Richard and I got married at Crewe Hall in September 2007 and are looking forward to celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary this year. The last 10 years have seen ups and downs but we are stronger together than ever. I have just watched the ceremony we had filmed on the day and am so touched at how beautiful the service was and the words that Michelle shared on the day ring so true after all these years.
If possible please pass on my thanks to Michelle - my two sons who were 10 years old at the time are now all grown and away at University and Richard is the best father possible to them. Michelle helped to build a family unit that day.
I don't know if this email is appropriate to send but my thanks are sincere and I am sure not many couples recognise the wonderful and important part you play.

We got married at Mere Court Last Sunday at 2pm and i would just like to say a quick thank you to you for the services you provided.
More so the calmness you brought to myself when i was clearly very nervous, you explained how everything was going to work and guided us both through the whole process brilliantly!
The ceremony went without a hitch and the whole day was perfect!

Dear Julie,
I am sure you conduct many weddings but you conducted our ceremony, Lindsay and I were married last year, Oct 1st at Wrenbury Hall. I am sure you remember my uncle Brian's reading!
